with quality and taste, Indomie has been the market leader for almost
two decades now. The product is manufactured using
a high grade wheat flour with high protein content offering the
noodles an extra springy textures for a "fuller bite"..
Indomie (M) is the pioneer or the first to introduce the dry based
instant noodle or more commonly known as MiGoreng to the market.
Though the name MiGoreng suggest frying, it need not be fried. MiGoreng
is actually a dry based noodle, which is cooked similarly to pasta.
The noodles are cooked separately and then tossed and mixed with
the seasoning and sauce on a plate. To make it a more sumptuous
meal, suggest serving it with chopped chicken, bacon, sausages and
etc.
